little update before i leave house for dinner!


061109 friday
farewell assembly. cried a lot! janine is the worst! hahaha. after walking down the amphi steps she already felt like crying. it's really sad. i don't want to graduate. at first in sec 1 i still didn't quite like rgs. i hated how you have to go for CCA trials and they select you based on your "potential" but not on interest. everything in the school is like so achievement-oriented. :/ and i wasn't used to the exam system and teacher method and all. i even wanted to transfer to nanyang/NUS/go overseas. but i'm glad i didn't. i really love rgs:D it has thought me to become more independent, motivated me to become more hardworking, built up my leadership skills, and gave me a lot of exposure and opportunities which i'll never ever have if i've gone to some other school. i cried a lot at the school song and cheers part.like it's our last time singing the school song and cheering. class party after that was fun! a lot of korean songs as usual. there was this game where tianyuan had to go to 403 and tell them that there's a fire and that they have to evacuate! HILARIOUS TO THE MAX. hahahahaa. after that went around school to take pictures!


101109 tuesday
O levels. ( O Level to be exact). hahahaha. i loved paper 1. the paper is easier that i had expected. hope i can get A1!
SPSB handover, formal farewell and PSB Night after that.
The theme for PSB Night is "our classic superheroes". they dressed us up as superheroes. hahaha. chong looked super pretty! wonder women:D i was some teen titan character. hahaha. lazy to upload pics here. go to fb!
SPSB 08 came back:D glad to see everyone (:
I really love SPSB 09 a lot a lot! we've had so much memories and fun together! PSLTC, christmas party, orientation item, and lots more. I think we're quite bonded:D
oh we're gonna form a SPSB in RIJC and then we'll make the student council write gong han to us to invite us to perform for events! hahah:D

121109 thursday
arts fest day 1. haha nothing much. class busking was quite fail. 401's balloon sculpture thing was damn cool! hahaha. they had statues. and the statues will only move when you donate money. super funny! go to fb for pics!

131109 friday
arts fest day 2. omg super drama please! janine, joyce, amelia and val came over to my house in the afternoon! we were supposed to try on FAM make up. in the end only amel, janine and I did. so funny please! janine looked like she got punched in one eye. hahahahaa. and they all say my eye look 2x bigger with make up! hahaha:D
ate dinner at lai lai niu rou mian.
then the drama begins!
concert starts at 7.30pm at NUS cultural hall. by the time we finished dinner, it was 6.40pm. we wanted to take taxi but then we thought since it's peak hour, there would most probably be traffic jam. so yeah we trained to clementi. the problem is, we don't know how to go to NUS from clementi. so we decided to take a taxi. and we watied like 40mins for the taxi! there were another group of RI guys in front of us (michael lee from PSC) and 3 sec 2s behind us. we knew we were going to be late. then we started calling those people who went on 121109 to ask about the schedule. we were so relieved when shamaine told us that the first hour is performances by the CCAs. we were like praying for the angklungs to break, and like hanis has stomachache, and mrs hoo caught in traffic jam etc so that the concert woud be delayed. i called transcab and i waited like 15mins but they couldn't give me a taxi. super pissed off.
then somehow the 3 sec 2s got on 96 and we followed cos they told us that the bus uncle would drive us to NUS. we were all thanking the uncle and thinking that he's so nice etc! hahaha. guess what!
in the end he sent us to the interchange and told us to wait for the next 96. wth!
then we continued praying, hoping that they would be an earthquake at NUS, and that more angklungs would break! we even decided to act our own musical outside of the cultural hall if they don't let us in! hahaha
waited around 10 mins for 96 and we reached NUS, but then we had to take another shutter bus. got off the shutter bus and VAL led us to the wrong hall! there were people getting married there and at first we thought it's like the concert reception! hahahaha.
then went to 2 more wrong halls. (btw, val failed geog map reading and she only told us after that!) hahaha/
in the end FINALLY reached the hall, but it was like 8.20pm.
hahahahaha.

when we went in, it was some woman singing. then there was the angklung performance! hahaha so we didn't miss the angklung performance in the end! Lol.
intermission and then the musical.

nice musical:D hanis's family was sitting behind us. when hanis called "pa, ma" in the musical, we wanted to say "HERE". hahahahahha.

busy day! xia ban at bg:D
at night went winter clothes shopping with mum at ION! we wanted to watch the whole stretch of orchard road, but in the end we only managed to shop at ION, cos we spent 4 hours there! hahahahaa.
bought some nice winter clothes and i'm very happy!

uh kpop lesson with siti! :D she replaced amelia:D

I"M GOING FOR KICK BOXING LESSONS AT AMORE FITNESS TOMORROW! :D

okay i need to update, or else i'll forget my life!

got back results these few days.
uh i think i did quite okay in general:D
happy with my physics & chem! hahahah:D oh now many more ppl are considering to take PCME in JC (eg huiqing, janine!) so far, confirm taking P got chiam, hejia, tzegek, likhee and me! hahah:D yay we rock:D
geog!!! just need 2 more % to 4.0!!!
i hope my overall GPA will be what i calculated:D

and options have started (quite long ago actually)

-SS business options:
very fun! i love my group:D sylvia look, trisha, irina, jaq, kathy! hahaha. last fri we had our trip to holland V. (tried coldrock! quite nice:D) i think our stall/shop will work out quite well! mr lim is very funny too! hahahahaha. he has really flexible brows! like SUPER flexible. reminds me of the cadbury advertisement. hahahahaha. next tues there's a movie trip at vivo, watching food inc! then going shopping with janine:D

-pharm chem options:
quite okay:D yy, amelia, val, joyce thinks their class is boring:/ i think mine is okay! probably becos of the teacher! (ms jazilla! quite funny!) and the people:D i usually spend most of the time talking to sylvia look! we even came up with this BUGIS mission! like during the holidays, we'll work tgt at bugis/near bugis area, then at night go to this studio, which has singing/dance/beatbox classes! you just pay $100/month and you can go as many times you want! boon yi is joining us too!:D
yeah and i'm so glad that the end module assessment is MCQ, and it's open-book:D

-lit options:
actually i think it's quite cool. i like the "art" part, like looking at paintings and photographs. some are really very pretty! but i hate the "poetry" part. you have to look at the art pieces and do creative writing. my group (charlotte, chiam, woonki and I) always come up with very lousy poems, as compared to the rest! ppl like ruchi and tzegek, super pro please!!! their poems are damn cheemm. :/


yeah school's been quite busy actually, although exams are over. i hate options period, make me go home very late everyday and feel so tired!!! i have 0 free days. somemore still need to study for chinese Os! i'm really scared for chiense Os! I barely started revision! there's so much cheng yus to memorise and so many zuo wens to practice!!! jiang tuition is starting this sunday. hope it will be useful!


off to doing txy work now!:D

i should be very happy! but then i feel so empty all of a sudden! like somehow i miss studying:/ like i've been studying everyday for the past 1-2 months!


yeah i think this time round the papers were quite alright, but bio and geog was quite hard i think:/


and now i've got so many things to catch up on/to do!
-cheerleading (it's next thursday omg) [my family actually booked tickets to hongkong and i was supposed to leave tonight. but then i think it'll be very irresponsible for me to not prac esp since the competition is next thurs! so yeah trip cancelled:/]

ndp celebrations in school! there wasn't a lot of activities but it was still very fun! i loved the fashion parade. thanks yunshu for coordinating the whole thing! :D
fu xin was awesome! she's so model material!
although we didn't win, I think we really bonded over this activity. like on thursday, the whole class stayed back to finish the costume! I was super touched! hahahahah.
but then the parade ended quite suck-ily. everyone was super high before that cos of song singing. we were all like jumping around. then some teacher tried to make announcement but some people just walked out of the school gate. yeah so mr lau scolded all of us:/
had chem tuition with yy and hejia after that.

THE IT BAG designers! hahaha. i look sucky in this photo but still, i think we rock:D the IT bag is so bling and cool! <3 previously we thought super hard of how to decorate the side with the keyboard and in the end, i forgot who (i think tzegek) suggested glitter:D and i think it turned out quite nice :D

SATURDAY
i was supposed to go for SOT replacement from 10 to 12 cos i couldn't go on friday (bad cramps!). yes but woon ki and mrs chng gave me the wrong info! the class on satruday had been cancelled. so yes i went all the way there for nothing and came back. wasted like 2+ hours! but luckily topshop was open then so i shopped for a while and bought stuffs:D
studied for chem spa. i'm super scared for chem spa :/
at night went to westmall with mum! we spent #300+ at the face shop because the lady was such a good salesperson and she said my mum looked young. lol so my mum was very happy and bought a lot of skincare products. but it's okay lah cos she bought some for me too. hahah:D

TODAY IS THE SADDEST (is there such a word?) DAY OF MY LIFE!

i wish he hadn't told me the truth. sometimes it is better to be kept in the dark. i was super affected by it today. like everyone was asking if i'm okay etc. (thanks friends!)

i teared like more than 5 times today. I really think it is SUPER unfair.
